Synonyms are words that have similar meanings. Using synonyms can make your writing more interesting and help you avoid repeating the same words over and over again. Think of them as word cousins! They’re not exactly the same, but they’re very close.

Small: tiny, little, miniature

Fast: quick, rapid, speedy

Slow: sluggish, unhurried, relaxed
Happy: joyful, glad, cheerful

Sad: unhappy, sorrowful, gloomy

Big: large, huge, enormous
