In 24-hour time, 00:00 is midnight and 12:00 is noon. In 12-hour time, 12:00 A.M. is midnight and 12:00 P.M. is noon.

- If the time is between 1:00 A.M. and 12:59 P.M., you do not need to add or subtract.
- If the time is between 1:00 P.M. and 11:59 P.M., add 12 hours.
Do not include A.M. or P.M.
