<strong>noun<\/strong> (a person, place, or thing).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Example:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>\ud83c\udf33 The tree is <strong>tall<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\ud83d\udc36 The dog is <strong>friendly<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Tip:<\/strong> Adjectives tell <strong>how something is<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-table\"><table Things<\/strong><\/strong><\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>We use adjectives to compare <strong>two things<\/strong> using <strong>-er<\/strong> or <strong>more<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Short adjectives<\/strong> (usually 1 syllable) \u2192 add <strong>-er<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Example:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>My bag is <strong>heavier<\/strong> than yours. \ud83c\udf92\ud83d\udcbc<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>This apple is <strong>smaller<\/strong> than that one.
