Ask \u201cWhere?\u201d<\/strong> \u2013 If it answers the question \u201cwhere?\u201d, it\u2019s usually a place preposition.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Example: The cat is <strong>under<\/strong> the table.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>2. Ask \u201cWhen?\u201d \u2013 If it answers \u201cwhen?\u201d, it\u2019s a time preposition.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Example: We start <strong>at<\/strong> 8 a.m.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>3.
